A Glimpse into the World of Dinosaurs and Exotic Birds
In a spectacular event attended by Mayor Pinkiben Soni, Standing Committee Chairman Dr. Sheetal Mistry, and Municipal Commissioner Sir Dilip Rana at Vadodara witnessed the grand inauguration of the revolutionary 3D AR Park. This groundbreaking project has transformed Sayajibaug into an educational wonderland, where visitors can step back in time and witness the majesty of dinosaurs and exotic birds through the lens of augmented reality (AR). They can stand next to the creatures and take photos and videos while having fun with them using their smartphones.

The technological marvel unveiled by Trium Designs has successfully brought dinosaurs back to life with meticulous 3D modeling, animations, and immersive sound design. The Dino Land features ten popular and scientifically accurate dinosaurs, each displayed on their real-life scale. The Tyrannosaurus Rex, Velociraptor, Triceratops, Brachiosaurus, Dilophosaurus, Giganotosaurus, Spinosaurus, Stegosaurus, Protoceratops, and the Edmontosaurus now roam the open spaces of Sayajibaug, captivating the imagination of visitors.

The 3D AR Park also features a Walk-in Aviary where you can find 9 AR experiences of various birds such as Spoonbill, Great Cormorant, White stork, Barnacle Goose, Roseate Spoonbill, Toco Toucan, Pteranodon (Dinosaur Bird), Cassowary, and Macaw. These AR experiences provide information about the birds that are extinct or not available at the zoo. Visitors can explore the park and interact with the AR content, learn about the birds in info panels, and even take photos and videos with them to share with their friends and family on social media.

What sets 3D AR Park apart is its innovative use of GPS technology in Augmented Reality. Visitors, armed with their smartphones, can scan QR codes strategically placed around the park to unlock the AR experience. With geospatial engineering, the AR experiences are designed and pinned to specific GPS locations where visitors must be within 50 meters to witness the creatures come to life. This not only provides a unique immersive experience but also encourages people to explore different areas of the park.
